Guava-Glazed Chicken and Rice

  1. Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  3. Add peppers, onions and ham to skillet; cook 5 to 8 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add rice and contents of seasoning packet; mix well.
  6. Cook and stir 1 min.
  7. ; top with Guava-Glazed Chicken.
  8. Combine Guava Sauce and water.
  9. Drizzle over chicken.
  10. Bring to boil; cover.
  11. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 min.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Let stand 5 min.
  14. Fluff rice with fork.
  15. Crumble bacon; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
