Capperi e Aglio con Mozzarella -- Mozzarella with Capers and Garlic

  1. Slice the balls of mozzarella into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  2. Arrange on a serving plate.
  3. In a small bowl mix all ingredients except the black olives and strips of roasted peppers.
  4. Mix well, making sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Pour oil mixture over mozzarella.
  6. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the olives over the mozzarella, as well as the pepper strips.
  8. Chill.
  9. Served Chilled.
