Beef Marinade Recipe

• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 1/3 c. soy sauce
• 1/2 c. wine
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard (wet or possibly dry)
• 1/4 teaspoonginger
• Chopped onion
• Garlic
• 1 bay leaf
• Dash of Tabasco
• Pepper

1. Mix all together in blender or possibly processor.
2. Put meat in ziplock bag and pour marinade over.
3. Seal and chill overnight.
