Italian Market Salad Recipe
- 2 c. white rice, cooked
- 1 half pound cooked ham, finely diced
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 4 ounce pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- Combine salad ingredients, drizzle with dressing.
- Refrigerate2 hrs before serving.
- 12 servings
