Easy pizza
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 8 Roma tomatoes
- 5 oz low fat fresh mozzarella
- 1 whole wheat pizza crust
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- preheat oven to 375
- spread sauce on crust leaving desired room for edge
- slice mozzarella 1/4 inch thick and place on pizza
- slice tomatoes in half and add to pizza
- roughly chop basil and sprinkle over top
- drizzle olive oil around edge of crust without sauce
- bake until cheese is melted and bubbly
- cut and enjoy!
