Biscotti Recipe

  1. Sift the flour and make a well; adding the salt, baking powder, sugar, butter, and the eggs beating them in the well.
  2. Now add the flour, a little at a time, then the almonds.
  3. Form a cord of dough and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake (170C) for approximately 30 minutes, until golden.
  5. Remove and let cool.
  6. Now cut diagonally into (1 cm) slice.
  7. Place in oven to brown.
