Biscotti Recipe
- 3 eggs + 1 yolk
- 500 g. flour
- 300 g. sugar
- 300 g. almonds
- 60 g. butter
- Salt
- 25 g. baking powder
- Lemon
- Sift the flour and make a well; adding the salt, baking powder, sugar, butter, and the eggs beating them in the well.
- Now add the flour, a little at a time, then the almonds.
- Form a cord of dough and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake (170C) for approximately 30 minutes, until golden.
- Remove and let cool.
- Now cut diagonally into (1 cm) slice.
- Place in oven to brown.
