Salty Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3 c. oatmeal
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Cream butter, sugar and egg together.
2. Add in the dry ingredients and vanilla.
3. Mix will be crumbly.
4. Roll into balls and flatten slightly on cookie sheet.
5. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
