Crisp fluffy waffles

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients in a bowl by hand gently until smooth.
  4. Mix it with egg whites gently.
  5. Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of the hot waffle iron.
  6. Bake until steaming stops, about 5 -10 minutes.
