Crisp fluffy waffles
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanila extract
- Heat waffle iron.
- Beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy.
- Beat remaining ingredients in a bowl by hand gently until smooth.
- Mix it with egg whites gently.
- Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of the hot waffle iron.
- Bake until steaming stops, about 5 -10 minutes.
