Pork Chop Bulger Bake Recipe

  1. Combine bulger, carrots, celery, bouillon, onion, tarragon and 1/4 c. water; bring to boiling.
  2. Pour into a shallow individual baking dish.
  3. Top with pork chop and broccoli.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till meat is done.
  6. Combine catsup and wine spread over chop.
  7. Bake, uncovered 5 min.
  8. Serves one.
