Honey-Glazed Butternut Squash

  1. Heat oil in heavy large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add squash; cover and cook until squash is just tender and beginning to color, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
  3. Add honey; toss until squash is glazed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
