Egg Bake

  1. Brown sausage in skillet.
  2. Remove and drain.
  3. In same skillet saute vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  5. Stir in veggies, meat and cheese.
  6. Bake at 375F in a 9x13 baking dish for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.
  7. Substitute: Ham for sausage and broccoli or aspargus for spinach.
  8. Egg substitute for eggs.
