No-Peek Tender Tips
- 2 -2 12 lbs raw stew meat
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (4 ounce) can mixed mushrooms, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix (not sure on package ounce size, normal package though)
- 1 (12 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place a layer of meat in bottom of prepared pan.
- Add the mushroom soup, followed by the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour soda over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake 3 hours.
- REMEMBER, NO PEEKING!

- Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
