Sweet Nut Roll

  1. Dough: Mix first four ingredients together.
  2. Add flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Filling: Mix all ingredients until spreadable.
  4. Roll dough out in sugar to about 1/4" thick.
  5. Spread with filling.
  6. Cut into wedges.
  7. Roll each wedge up, beginning at wide end.
  8. Roll in additional sugar if desired.
  9. Bake at 350F about 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
