Grilled Hammy Sammy

  1. Spread each slice of rye bread with 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  2. Layer American cheese and smoked ham and red onion between the slices.
  3. Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.Each serving provides: 4%DV Vitamin A, 2%DV Vitamin C, 30% DV Calcium, and 15%DV Iron.
