Baked Artichoke Hearts Recipe

  1. Open artichoke heart centers gently.
  2. Stuff with cream cheese.
  3. Dip into butter, then mix of Parmesan cheese and crumbs.
  4. Press pine nuts into cheese.
  5. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  7. May flavor cream cheese with any favorite herbs.
