Crab Stuffed Fish

  2. In a bowl, melt the butter with the onions in the microwave (about 30 seconds).
  3. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the butter for later.

  5. Mix in the crabmeat, parsley, bread crumbs, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.

  7. Place a large spoonful of crab meat on each fillet and roll up each fillet.

  9. Place the fish rolls with the seam down on a baking pan.

  11. Drizzle the remaining butter that you had set aside over the fillets and sprinkle with paprika and a little Italian parsley.

  13. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F, then serve!
