Crab Stuffed Fish
- 4 pieces Fish Fillets
- 13 cups Butter
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Italian Parsley
- 18 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cans Crab Meat (4.5 Oz Each Can), Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 4 pinches Paprika

- In a bowl, melt the butter with the onions in the microwave (about 30 seconds).
- Set aside 3 tablespoons of the butter for later.
- 2.
- Mix in the crabmeat, parsley, bread crumbs, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
- 3.
- Place a large spoonful of crab meat on each fillet and roll up each fillet.
- 4.
- Place the fish rolls with the seam down on a baking pan.
- 5.
- Drizzle the remaining butter that you had set aside over the fillets and sprinkle with paprika and a little Italian parsley.
- 6.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F, then serve!
