The Elf

  1. Run a lime wedge around the lip of a Champagne flute.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon sugar on a saucer or other flat surface; dip the flute to coat the lip.
  3. Pour Midori into flute, add sparkling wine and stir gently.
