Buttered Corn Cobs Recipe

  1. Trim the waste ends of the cobs.
  2. Wash under running water.
  3. Add in sufficient salt to the butterand heat.
  4. Brush liberally with melted butter.
  5. Place in a wide bowl to fit either in a circle or possibly side by side.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed herb over the cobs.
  7. Cover loosely and cook on high for 3- 3 1/2 min.
  8. Turn around once in between.
  9. Cover and stand for 2-3 min.
  10. Serve warm with holders.
  11. Making time: 10 min
  12. Makes: 6 cobs
