Buttered Corn Cobs Recipe
- 6 x Fresh juicy corncobs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Dry herb of your choice, (oregano, mint, etc.) Salt to taste
- Trim the waste ends of the cobs.
- Wash under running water.
- Add in sufficient salt to the butterand heat.
- Brush liberally with melted butter.
- Place in a wide bowl to fit either in a circle or possibly side by side.
- Sprinkle the crushed herb over the cobs.
- Cover loosely and cook on high for 3- 3 1/2 min.
- Turn around once in between.
- Cover and stand for 2-3 min.
- Serve warm with holders.
- Making time: 10 min
- Makes: 6 cobs
