Mexicana Romero Horchata
- 2 cup white rice (any kind do)
- 1/4 cup milk 2% i used
- 3 tbsp grounded cinnoman
- dash salt for the boost of the flavor of the rice
- tbsp of coffe creamer
- 5 cup water
- 1 cup of ice(more if you like)
- 2 cup sugar
- ******wash your hands and area.read all direction ******
- put the rice,salt and cinnamon in a cup that fits the rice and water.let stay over nite .
- place the over nite rice with cinnamon in the blender .blend on high for about 10 min.
- get a strainer to remove the chucky remains.you just want the juice of the water and overnite rice flavor.
- in a pitcher
- add the coffee creamer with the juice,add water,milk,sugar,mix well
- add ice mix well..
- enjoy my way of horchata
