Butter-Roasted Sea Bass
- 2 or more cuts Sea bass
- 2 tbsp or more Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp or more Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Butter or margarine
- Thoroughly rinse the sea bass, and fillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Soak in olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
- Fry the sea bass over medium heat.
- Cook both sides.
- Once cooked, transfer to a plate.
- Add the seasonings to the pan.
- Mix lightly, and pour the sauce on the fish.
- It's done!
