Butter-Roasted Sea Bass

  1. Thoroughly rinse the sea bass, and fillet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Soak in olive oil for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
  5. Fry the sea bass over medium heat.
  6. Cook both sides.
  7. Once cooked, transfer to a plate.
  8. Add the seasonings to the pan.
  9. Mix lightly, and pour the sauce on the fish.
  10. It's done!
