4 Layer Loaded Enchilada Casserole

  1. Cook & brown meat, add minced onion til soft.
  2. Mix refried beans, sauce, rotel & cheese in mixing bowl.
  3. Drain meat & onions, add to other ingredients, stir together.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F.
  5. Layer cake pan with 2 tortilla shells, spread mixture over shells.
  6. Continue step 5 til there are 4 layers.
  7. Put in oven for 1/2 hour.

ground meat, enchilada sauce, tomatos, beans, onions, shredded cheese, tortilla shells
