Breakfast Fatty
- 16 slice Bacon
- 1 lb Maple Sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 1 packages Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- Scramble eggs
- Cube cream cheese and add to eggs.
- In a gallon size zip lock bag, roll sausage flat and even until it takes the shape of the bag.
- Cut the sides open, a pull back.
- Place the scrambled eggs and cream cheese on the sausage, and add the cheddar cheese.
- On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon and and form a basket weave 'blanket' (it's easier than you think)
- Using the zip lock bag, roll the sausage into a log, and place on bacon.
- Using the paper, roll bacon around the stuffed sausage log.
- Place Fatty on the grill, with indirect heat at 275 degrees for 2 hours, or internal temp is 160 degrees .
- Then place Fatty over heat to crisp bacon to your liking.
- Slice and enjoy!
