Breakfast Fatty

  1. Scramble eggs
  2. Cube cream cheese and add to eggs.
  3. In a gallon size zip lock bag, roll sausage flat and even until it takes the shape of the bag.
  4. Cut the sides open, a pull back.
  5. Place the scrambled eggs and cream cheese on the sausage, and add the cheddar cheese.
  6. On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon and and form a basket weave 'blanket' (it's easier than you think)
  7. Using the zip lock bag, roll the sausage into a log, and place on bacon.
  8. Using the paper, roll bacon around the stuffed sausage log.
  9. Place Fatty on the grill, with indirect heat at 275 degrees for 2 hours, or internal temp is 160 degrees .
  10. Then place Fatty over heat to crisp bacon to your liking.
  11. Slice and enjoy!
