Speedy Ginger-Pork Chop Stir-Fry

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing mixture to meat; toss to coat.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Stir-fry meat and vegetables in hot oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
  6. or until meat is done.
  7. Add remaining dressing mixture; mix well.
  8. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min.
  9. Serve over rice.
