Ginger Sesame Noodles

  1. Cook the noodles as directed on the package.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Whisk together remaining ingredients except scallions (or process in a blender) until smooth.
  4. Toss noodles gently with sauce then top with scallions.
  5. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
