Sausage Cheese Party Balls

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Cheddar, biscuit mix, onion, celery, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Crumble sausage over mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the sausage balls in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the baking pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve on a platter with sauces, if desired.
