Mexican Meatballs

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F
  2. Beat eggs and mix all ingredients except the cheese together.
  3. Mold a Tablespoon of meat around a cube of cheese to form a small shaped meatball.
  4. Repeat with all meat.
  5. Place on edged cookie sheet (sprayed with PAM) and bake at 425F for 7 - 10 minutes or until meat is done and cheese has melted.
