E Z & Quick Salsa Recipe
- 1 can (16 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 (3 ounce.) can green chilies, minced
- Garlic pwdr, to taste
- Chili pwdr, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, minced, optional
- Coarsely chop tomatoes.
- Add in onions minced in 1/4 inch segments.
- Add in chilis and seasonings to taste.
- Mix all together and refrigerateto blend flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Chill unused portion.
