Potato Puff

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Lightly butter a 1-1/2 quart casserole.
  3. In medium saucepan, heat water, margarine and salt.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in milk and potato flakes.
  6. Blend in egg, sour cream and cheese; mixing thoroughly.
  7. Spoon into casserole.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned and puffed.
