Sausage Corn Bread Bake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease a 10 1/2 inch skillet or possibly 2 qt baking dish; set aside.
  3. Brown sausage and onion in medium skillet; drain well.
  4. Combine Large eggs, cornmeal, lowfat milk and oil.
  5. Pour half of cornmeal mix into prepared skillet; sprinkle with sausage mix and cheese.
  6. Pour remaining batter over top.
  7. Bake 30-40 min.
  8. Let cold 10 min.
  9. 6-8 servings.
