Balsamic And Black Pepper Filet Mignon

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine molasses and vinegar in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Add steaks, turning to coat.
  4. Place steaks on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  6. Broil 6 minutes; turn steaks over.
  7. Broil an additional 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
  8. Serve immediately.
