Garlic Chicken Saute

  1. Pierce both sides of the chicken in several places with a fork, season with salt and black pepper, rub in grated garlic, then let sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then brown both sides of the chicken, starting with the skin side.
  3. (Approximately 5 minutes for each side.)
  4. Sprinkle on some white wine, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, steam cook for about 3 minutes, then it's ready to serve.
