Garlic Chicken Saute
- 400 grams to 500 grams Chicken thigh (or breast), without skin or bones
- 1 to 2 cloves Garlic (or garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp White wine or sake
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Pierce both sides of the chicken in several places with a fork, season with salt and black pepper, rub in grated garlic, then let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then brown both sides of the chicken, starting with the skin side.
- (Approximately 5 minutes for each side.)
- Sprinkle on some white wine, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, steam cook for about 3 minutes, then it's ready to serve.
