Marie Callender's Pumpkin Pie Filling by Todd Wilbur
- 3 eggs
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 12 cup white sugar
- 14 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 34 cup whole milk
- 14 cup heavy cream
- 1 prepared 9-inch pie shell
- preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- mix all ingredients in a medium bowl very well pour into prepared pie shell bake for 15 minutes reduce heat to 350 degrees bake another 50 minutes or on till a knife stuck in middle comes out clean.
- let pie cool then chill then top with whipped cream if desired.
