Scrumptious Potato Salad Recipe

• 1/3 c. Italian dressing
• 7 med. potatoes
• 3/4 c. minced celery
• 1/3 c. grated onions
• 6 hard boiled Large eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. blue cheese dressing
• 1/4 c. sandwich spread
• 1/2 c. maraschino cherries

1. Cook potatoes in jacket, peel and dice.
2. Pour dressing over hot potatoes and refrigeratefor 2 hrs.
3. Add in celery, onion, minced egg whites.
4. Add in egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing, sandwich spread.
5. Fold into salad.
6. Add in celery salt to taste.
7. Trim with parsley and cherries.
8. 8 servings.
