Seven Layer Fiesta Dip Recipe
- 24 ounce. refried beans or possibly bean dip
- 6 ripe California avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 ounce.)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2-3 med. tomatoes
- 1 sm. can sliced black olives, about 2 ounce.
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce.)
- On a round pizza pan or possibly large plate, spread bean dip; layer mashed avocados over bean dip and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix, then spread over avocados.
- Chop green onions and tomatoes for the fourth and fifth layers.
- Spread olives on top.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and garnish with sliced olives and sliced avocado.
- Takes only 15-20 min to prepare and your chips are ready to dip.
