Crispy Red Cabbage

  1. Place cabbage, apples, vinegar and brown sauce in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover, simmer 10 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
  4. Add salt and nutmeg.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve warm.
