Ayurvedic Masal Tea

  1. Crush the spices in mortar and pestle and add them to the water.
  2. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the black tea.
  4. Boil for 30 seconds and add the milk.
  5. When the milk is boiled strain the tea and serve.
  6. Always drink it when it is hot.
