Creamy Tomato Soup Recipe
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 6 ounce. cream cheese, soft
- 21 1/2 ounce. cream of tomato soup
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 32 ounce. stewed tomatoes
- Cook onion in butter till it is very soft and transparent; add in basil, paprika, garlic pwdr, and cream cheese.
- Cook till creamy.
- Add in remaining ingredients; stir vigorously.
- Heat to desired temperature.
