Creamy Tomato Soup Recipe

• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 6 ounce. cream cheese, soft
• 21 1/2 ounce. cream of tomato soup
• 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 32 ounce. stewed tomatoes

1. Cook onion in butter till it is very soft and transparent; add in basil, paprika, garlic pwdr, and cream cheese.
2. Cook till creamy.
3. Add in remaining ingredients; stir vigorously.
4. Heat to desired temperature.
