Baked Sausages with Onion Miso and Mayo

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, miso, minced scallion, and red chili pepper.
  2. Spread aluminum foil on a toaster oven pan.
  3. Make thin diagonal slices of the fish sausage that's 1 cm in width.
  4. Top with the sauce from Step 1 and bake until browned.
  5. Serve with salad for breakfast, or enjoy as drinking appetizers or a dish in your bento.
