Pepper & Cheddar Country Morning Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
  3. or until potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Make 4 wells in potato mixture; fill with egg product.
  5. Cook 3 to 4 min.
  6. or until egg product is set.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  8. Cook 1 min.
  9. or until melted.
