Creamy Cauliflower

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water in saucepan 10 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Place in food processor.
  4. Add reduced-fat cream cheese and dill; process until smooth.
  5. Serve topped with Parmesan.
