Thorn Rose Royal

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger with the Simple Syrup.
  2. Add the infused vodka, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled ice-filled wineglass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon wheel.
