Smoked Ham & Caprese Tacos
- 2 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup dried oregano leaves
- 32 each corn tortillas, lightly grilled
- 64 slices smoked ham, thinly shaved
- 2 cups plum tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups POLLY-O Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Shredded
- 64 each fresh basil leaves
- 4 tsp. lemon zest
- Combine barbecue sauce, vinegar and oregano.
- Fill each tortilla with 1.5 oz.
- ham, 1 Tbsp.
- each tomatoes and cheese, 2 basil leaves, 1/8 tsp.
- lemon zest and 2 Tbsp.
