Moist Banana Pecan Bread

• 1 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
• 23 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 13 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs beaten
• 1/4 cup sour cream dairy
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 23 cup bananas mashed
• 13 cup pecans coarsely chopped

1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
2. Add bananas and pecans at the beep.
3. Serve plain or with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with toasted walnuts if desired.
