Moist Banana Pecan Bread
- 1 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup sour cream dairy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 23 cup bananas mashed
- 13 cup pecans coarsely chopped
- Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
- Add bananas and pecans at the beep.
- Serve plain or with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with toasted walnuts if desired.
