Apple, Cheddar & Red Onion Panini
- 6 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced
- 2 slices Naan (larger Slices)
- 2 whole Apples, Cored And Sliced
- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Hot And Sweet Mustard
- Place a layer of cheddar cheese slices on bottom piece of naan/bread.
- Layer on sliced apples, then sliced red onion and another layer of cheddar cheese (this will help it all stick together).
- Spread hot and sweet mustard on the top piece of naan/bread and then place that on top of apple, onion and cheese.
- Place in panini press until heated through, approximately 6 minutes.
- Cut in half if using larger slices of naan/bread and serve.
