Mandy's Salsa Recipe

• 10 med. tomatoes, diced in sm. pcs
• 5-7 jalapenos, grated
• 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1/2 onion, grated

1. Mix all together.
2. Tastes best the next day.
