Cereal Caramel Bars

  1. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  2. Grease foil; set aside.
  3. Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.
  4. Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
  5. or until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring every min.
  6. Immediately pour over cereal; stir to coat well.
  7. With lightly greased hands, press firmly into prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  9. Lift bars from pan, using foil handles.
  10. Cut into 32 bars to serve.
