Red and Green Holiday Mold

  1. Add 1-1/2 cups boiling water to red gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Reserve 1-1/2 cups gelatin; let stand at room temperature.
  5. Pour remaining gelatin into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Refrigerate 45 min.
  7. or until set but not firm.
  8. Stir remaining boiling water into lime gelatin mix in medium bowl 2 min.
  9. until completely dissolved.
  10. Add ice cream; stir until completely melted.
  11. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
  12. Refrigerate 20 min.
  13. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  14. Spoon reserved red gelatin over creamy layer in mold.
  15. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  16. Unmold.
  17. Top with COOL WHIP.
