Chinese Style Barbecue Ribs Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) jar plum jelly
- 1/3 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 lbs. beef or possibly pork ribs
- Water
- Mix all ingredients and heat till sauce is warm.
- Set aside.
- Put ribs in a pot and add in sufficient water to cover and simmer till ribs are mostly tender.
- Remove from water and drain.
- Put in a shallow pan and baste well with sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees till completely tender.
- Baste with sauce several times during cooking.
