Short Ribs of Beef

  1. PLACE the ribs in a large slow cooker (at least 5 quarts).
  2. SPRINKLE with the dry rub and add the garlic and bottled smoke.
  3. COVER and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
