Fried salad
- 5 oz can of tuna fish
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1/4 cup dill pickle chips
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup tomatoes sliced
- 1/3 cup banana pepper rings
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup spicy horseradish brown mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Fry the bacon crispy
- Mix the tuna and par,esan cheese.
- Fry the tomatoes and fry the tuna together when tuna is crunchy both are ready.
- Fry the eggs leave yokes runny.
- Fry pepper rings and pickles
- Set each part by its self sprinkle with vinegar.
- Add mustard and sour cream over a bit of everything.
- Garnish with parsley
